Booking policy
Reservation guaranteed by credit card.
Upon booking, the first night's stay will be paid by direct debit:
• 2 days before arrival for a stay outside July and August (standard price plan),
• 30 days before arrival for a stay during July and August (high season price plan),
Payment of the balance of your stay on arrival.
Cancellation policy
In accordance with the law, any deposit paid cannot be refunded.
However, as a commercial gesture, regarding a stay of more than 3 nights and for substancial reasons (hospitalisation, death), we can in some cases offer you to keep the deposit paid to be used for a new stay in the year during the opening dates and according to the availability of the hotel.
Deposits are not refunded in case of cancellation or no-show.
Price plan
The standard and high season rates include accommodation and tourist tax.
